OZU control cabinet launch
In August, 2019 on request of "Food systems" company we manufactured three group control cabinets for seven OZU starter tanks. The principal client is located in Ufa.
Cabinets are intended to control heat transfer agent and product temperature, as well as mixer operation through frequency converter.
In tanks the following components are installed:
- cold water feed valve and steam feed valve for automatic heating, holding and cooling
- two temperature sensors for heat transfer agent and product sensor to exclude overheating of the product
- jacket level sensor for automatic water level maintenance in the jacket
- sensors of upper and lower level of the product, to indicate product level
- mixer for product stirring
